About Us

Popcorn Press is a part-time, family-owned micropublishing house established in 2006 and located in southern Wisconsin. We are devoted to publishing books and games that are "Genuine, Unique, and Polished."

Poetry: We believe that sometime in the 20th century, academics stole poetry from the mass of humanity. Our aim is to help steal it back.
Prose: We're most interested in fiction and nonfiction projects that larger, more traditional houses would not consider. Whether you're an established author or a new one, we invite you to visit our Submissions Page and view our standard contract.
Games: In 2012, we began publishing card games via DriveThruCards.com. Other tabletop games will soon follow via WargameVault.com and DriveThruRPG.com.

Our Goal: If we can match a good book to the right reader, or provide a few hours of fun with an unusual game, then our efforts have been worthwhile.
